Project Officer Needed for Flow Country Green Finance Initiative

Join the Flow Country Partnership team in a rewarding role as a Project Officer. This part-time position (28 hours/week) offers a salary of £27,000 p.a. (£33,750 FTE) and is central to advancing peatland restoration in Scotland’s Flow Country.

Key Details:

  • Location: Office locations in Wick and Golspie, potential for home-based/remote working.
  • Contract: 0.8 FTE, 12-month fixed term with the possibility of extension.
  • Closing Date: 5th April 2024
  • Start Date: 1st May 2024

We’re looking for someone with a demonstrable interest in project management, a track record of organisation and getting stuff done, a grasp of the Highland community’s challenges and opportunities, and keen to work in environmental conservation aligned with community development. We envision this role as being an opportunity for an individual to really develop their project management skills within a dynamic team.
